Access to local reference pathology can provide your referring physicians with improved turn around time for esoteric anatomic pathology special testing. Hematopathology/Oncology

Flow Cytometry
Comprehensive immunophenotypic analysis is available for hematopoietic neoplasms.

Flow Cytometry is performed on fresh bone marrow aspirate, and peripheral blood submitted in sodium heparin. Lymph nodes, bone cores and other solid tissues for flow Cytometry should be submitted in RPMI.

HemeFISH (Interphase cytogenetic)
A wide variety of probes specific for or associated with, barious lukemia's, lymphomas and multiple myeloma are available. These may be ordered as individual tests. Panels are also available for AML, ALL, CLL, multiple myeloma and MDS.
